Our Story

iGlow Girls Mentoring, a Chicago-based, non-profit organization serves teen girls. Our mission is to expose young teens to a variety of opportunities and experiences that will essentially help them to become the best version of themselves and give them the tools they need to succeed in a changing world.

Our organization consists of a program that includes college readiness, career development, cultural awareness, personal growth, and much more! Here at iGlow, we share our Glow by supporting teens to fulfill their utmost potential and become leaders of our world.

Mission/Purpose Statement

iGlow presents the Glow to Grow: Teen Entrepreneurship virtual conference that was created exclusively for teen girls who seek purpose alignment, advice in business, and the essential components that one needs to be a successful entrepreneur. The TMRWLive! Virtual Experience is a one-of-a-kind, online event that grants teens access to next level business strategies, fresh professional experience, and the ultimate secrets that are all curated for our future women in business. We will have special teen entrepreneur guest speakers that will share their secrets to success.

We want to ensure every teen has an equal opportunity to reach their dreams and strive to make their dreams a reality through this virtual conference so they can Glow!
